Greek Clothing

October 24th, 2007

People who are proud of their Greek organization still find it great and proud to wear Greek clothing, which is often made out of three basic materials and is generally based upon dark and bright hued colors like yellow, dark red, yellow, dark green, indigo etc. The clothes worn by Greek people are generally simple, like the babies wore diapers, often and Greek men usually wore a tunic, which is a kind of cloth a look alike T-shirt of knee length, and over the tunic they wore a wool cloak or a blanket, and Greek women wore a large piece of wool or linen usually wrapped around them and pin it in various ways to make it stay on them. fraternity clothing today isn’t that similar to the clothing worn by ancient Greek people.

Sorority is a group of people generally, female college students formed to serve the community. These groups serve their best and offer many benefits to the members of the society. Many foundations have been established which offer scholarships, grants, emergency financial aids and many more. The group members to show their pride and support towards their organization get a customized sorority
clothing
which even consisted of hats, pins, T-shirts, gears, with official colors, letters and insignia of that particular sorority.
