Training Yourself Security Plus

October 24th, 2007

There are a lot of ways to get onsite Security+ training. You may choose to take a Security+ course or simply teach yourself. If you are into teaching yourself then you may prefer the Security+ training CD where you can start learning on your own. It will take a little getting used to, but you will see that you can learn as much via a CD that you can from an instructor if you are dedicated to learning. Of course, it is not easy to learn some aspects of Security+ certification and it will require you going over the same information several times and practicing. But, you can learn it well on your own. In fact, many people find they learn more on their own than with an instructor because they are constantly engaged in the learning process. When learning from an instructor it is easy to space out and daydream. That is not the case when you are teaching yourself and it’s great because you can skip over things you already know, spend more time on topics you are not knowledgeable in, and simply tailor your learning experience to you.
