Prevent Data Leakage

If your company deals with sensitive data, then the risk of data leakage is always a concern. Your first step should be the installation of a comprehensive network surveillance system. In this area Solera Network’s solutions are some of the best in the industry. Their packet record and stream-to-storage technology is the most robust software of its kind. Their scalable deep packet capture appliances allow the ability to monitor and analyze everything that occurs in the network. Their network monitoring services prevent data leakage through deterrence and accountability and have been remarkably successful in reducing data loss.

It has been reported that 80 percent of high-cost security incidents occur when data from inside the organization gets out. If you deal with social security numbers, financial documents, customer lists, credit card numbers, or personal employee information, then your company simply cannot afford any leakage. Rather than try to plug every possible hole, Solera believes that the best prevention starts with a full network surveillance system. This way you can see every bit of data that was transferred as well as where it went, and who moved it. Once there is true accountability through network monitoring, people become less careless with company data.

Microsoft Certification is a Worthwhile Endeavor

There are many IT professionals who never move up in their field because they are unwilling to get the certifications they need in order to climb the ladder. But, those who are climbing the ladder are the ones who are increasing their income every year and getting better jobs. If you are interested in becoming certified then you may want to attend an A+ boot camp. A+ certification is required for a career in IT security by many organizations. There are so many benefits to attending an A+ bootcamp including gaining the certification you need to increase your pay and your professional career. There are many different boot camps out there, so you need to evaluate the different ones in order to find the best one for you. You will want to consider the tuition of the A+ certification bootcamp as well as its location and whether or not your employer will be willing to reimburse you. Consider as well if you study well in these types of environments. If you have a hard time cramming and learning a lot of information in a short period of time then a boot camp may not be for you. But, if you do, then this is the best environment for you to learn.
