Clenbuterol

December 24th, 2007

Clenbuterol began as a form of treatment that was given for those suffering from lung disorders such as asthma, though it was also something that athletes later found out was also well suited in helping them develop better muscles as well as keep body fat on the low side. On a more scientific plain, Clenbuterol helps in making the body use oxygen in its bloodstream efficiently, and when used by bodybuilders, it reduces the chances of suffering muscle atrophy while also allowing for improved body mass and of course, burns up fat a lot better.

It is no wonder then that Clenbuterol is highly favored among the best amateur bodybuilders in the world, and some professionals also use it though only after having loaded themselves with ECA. However, Clenbuterol is anabolic and though positive effects are immediately felt, in the short term they can cause nausea, overheating and anxiety, while in the long term can result in heart arrhythmia as well as other heart problems.

Thus, Clenbuterol is not the best thing to use if you are a newbie to bodybuilding or are competing at NPC level shows. In addition, use of Clenbuterol all through the year is a no-no and it should only be used by bodybuilders only for short spells and just to lose fat immediately prior to a show. In fact, using ECA could be a better alternative, and Clenbuterol can be used off season without much problems.
