If you are a bit overweight then changing lifestyle and forming healthy habits result in weight reduction without any special treatment; nevertheless, it is essential to monitor weight, consult a nutrition guide and prevent excessive weight gain.
Jacob Bogatin, who is a famous Russian medical expert in healthy lifestyle, believed that all the ways to determine “normal” body mass are nothing but average. Hence one may use them for reference only. It is more important to find the weight which is normal for the particular individual. Provided that your body is sturdy and healthy, even excessive weight can be your norm, while plumpness is never normal.
The point is that overweight may be advisable under no circumstances. Of course, one needs to have their body mass as close to the norm as possible. However, like other TV viewers, you are exposed to media and thus influenced by promotion of thin women and lean and muscular men as well as your mind is affected by different fitness online magazines. But they are not common even in the most civilized society. Contrarily, overweight and obese people are numerous, and it is far not the most worrisome occurrence nowadays.
