Cape Town Culture

August 10th, 2008

There’s a whole lot to be said for Cape Town ’s vibrant culture. It features a perfect hybrid of the old style with modern trends. Old architecture proudly stands beside the latest stores and clubs. This leaves a nice mix to even make your shopping and partying a unique experience.

One of the best examples would be The Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. This district is built off of the old port. It features hundreds of unique stores in one of the largest malls around Cape Town hotels. There is also the large Two Oceans Aquarium to visit for someone taking a full day trip.

Saying that your shopping is a unique experience isn’t just rhetoric though. The waterfront at Cape Town is still a fully functioning port, with ships of all sizes coming and going throughout the day. This might not mean anything to some of you, but it is an enjoyable spectacle for many interested men and women. It is certainly something to watch while taking a break.

This is just a glimpse at Cape Town ’s cultural offerings. There are many other great experiences waiting for you. Just call and book a room at any Cape Town accommodation. All Cape Town hotels are just a short distance from the fun.
